RK Beach which has its name for beautiful getaway place for vizag people, gave direction for this project to create views for the residents to experience the beach front.

 

         G+5 structure housing 20 units of 2BHK flats, sitting on beach road along with other residential buildings.  Each unit is having same amenities but layout is made such that our core idea to create views is executed.

        Modern Architectural Style influenced design says it all through the clean edges & material tone. Yellow & grey set the contrast to the building for vibrant aesthetic appeal in the strretscape.
